AK wireless internet sucks!!! lol

I haven’t been on Tumblr in forever mostly because the wireless internet in AK is as slow as dial up…but I’m sitting at Starbucks in downtown Anchorage and it’s fast…really fast! :D Oh happy day! But seriously…so far it’s nice. The cost of living is higher than Phoenix but it’s nice not having to sweat profusely! It’s 38 degrees and it’s 8am…in Phoenix it’s about 84 degrees and it’s an hour earlier.

I think thats the main plus but for the most part I was able to find a job within in 2 weeks of moving here, working as a Visual Stylist for Nordstrom’s again which is fine, the hours are early during the week days, no weekends or evenings AND I don’t have to sell on the floor! But the best thing (besides having benefits again) is that I’ll be able to transfer within the company to where I want to go next with a freaking job! For now, I’m probably looking at staying till next summer. 

What can I say…I like to live in extreme weather but once it’s out of my system I’ll go back to normalize (whatever that means) weather :)
